At StreetaHeads, we want you to be completely happy with your hoodie purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized hoodies. These items are specially created based on your preferences and cannot be restocked or resold.

How to Start a Return

Our team will guide you through the return steps and provide a return address or prepaid shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: No return shipping costs – all returns are free of charge.
  • Our Responsibility: We cover shipping and return costs completely, so you can shop with total confidence.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges for different styles or sizes.
However, if your hoodie arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily exchange it for the same item.

If you’d like a different size or product, simply return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for your preferred one.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets all eligibility criteria, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Rejected Returns

If your returned item does not meet our return conditions (for example, used, damaged, or missing packaging), it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

StreetaHeads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If this happens, please contact us — we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
